Crystal Growth of Strontium Formate Dihydrate

测定了甲酸锶溶解度曲线,指出可釆用水溶液降温法培养二水甲酸锶(SFD)晶体。已培养出30×35×40mm^3SFD 单晶体。给出了所计算的该晶体倍频、和频的最佳相位匹配角和相位匹配曲线。外进行了试验,实现了1.064μm→0.53μm 过程和1.06μm+0.532μm→0.355μm 过程。

The solubility curve for strontium formate has been deter-mined,which points out that strontium formate dihydrate(SFD)crystals canbe grown by slow cooling solution technique.Single crystals of SFD aboutthe size of 30×35×40mm^3 have been obtained,Calculated optimium phasematching angles and PM curves for SHG and SF are given in this paper.The processes of 1.064 μm→0.532 μm and 1.064 μm+0.532μm→0.355μm have been realized in experiments.
