摘要
【目的】探讨红景天(Rhodiolasachalinensis)对全脑缺血/再灌注大鼠海马区及齿状回核酸表达的影响。【方法】用改良的Pulsinelli 4 血管阻断(4- VO)法,复制大鼠急性全脑缺血(30min)再灌注(30min)损伤模型。用吖啶橙(AO)染色法观察DNA、RNA的变化。【结果】脑缺血/再灌注模型组大鼠脑内DNA和RNA荧光反射边界不清,强度(反映DNA和RNA含量)明显减弱。灌胃给予红景天后可抑制脑缺血/再灌注大鼠脑内DNA和RNA链断裂,DNA和RNA荧光反射边界清晰,强度增强。【结论】红景天对脑缺血/再灌注大鼠海马及齿状回DNA和RNA有保护作用。
To search the effects of Rhodiola sachalinensis on nucleic acid on Hippocam pus and dentate gyrus in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injured rats.Improved pulsinelli′s 4-vessel occlusion (4-VO) method was used to set up the injury models of acute global cerebral ischemia-(30 min) reperfusion(30 min) in rats. The acridine orange (AO) method was carried out to observe the change of DNA and RNA.The edge of fluorescent intensity reflexing of DNA and RNA on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats is unclear and the intensity is weaker obviously. The Rhodiola sachalinensis can restrain the cut-off in chain of DNA and RNA on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats after pouring the medicine and the edge of fluorescent intensity reflex is clear and the intensity was enhanced.[Conclusion]It is showed that the Rhodiola sachalinensis has the protection effect to DNA and RNA on Hippocam pus and dentate gyrus in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injured rats.
