纵向一体化形成的动力在于可以节约市场交易费用;西方国家跨国石油公司大多采取纵向一体化经营模式,获得较好的绩效;我国石油工业上下游组织结构分离的现状不利于石油工业的健康发展和整体效益的提高;组建几个纵向一体化的国际性石油集团公司是我国石油工业今后发展的战略选择。

The advantage of longitudinal integration management is able to save on expenses of market trad- ing. The management pattern has been most used in the transnational petroleum corporations of west- ern countries and has made a good beneficial result. The present situation that the organization struc- ture has been seperated from the up to down is unfavorable to healthily developing china' s petroleum industry. It is the strategic selection of developing china' s pertroleum industry in the future to establish some groups of international petroleum corporation.
