摘要
本文描述了带透平膨胀机制冷天然气提氦的新工艺,代替焦尔-汤姆逊节流效应的制冷循环。该法制冷设备少分离流程短;产冷量自给,勿需外加冷剂;分离氮后近50%的天然气在自身较高压力下直接输出,节能效果较好;提取的粗氦浓度高、氦回收率高,技术经济指标较为合理。
The new technique of extracting He from natural gas with turbine expander refrigerating is intro- duced in this paper, which can replace the refrigeration cycle of Joule-Thomsom throttling effect and has the advantages such as less refrigeration equipments, short seperating process, refrigeration yield sulf-sufficency, high density of extracted crude He, high He recovery rate as well as reasonable index of technology and economic.
