摘要
利用X射线透射探伤原理,研究了X射线透射检测人造聚晶金刚石均勻性和致密性的方法,描述了实验装置和条件,获得了对聚晶金刚石中掺杂剂分布的均匀性、微孔、裂纹及石墨化程度的检测结果,并与密度、抗压强度及显微分析结果作了对比。认为 X 射线透射检测,可作为初步评价聚晶金刚石质量及烧结过程的一种无损检测方法。
Based on the principle of X-ray defectoscopy,a method fortesting the homogeneity and compactness of artificial polycrystalline diamondshas been investigated.The experimental arrangement and conditions aredescribed.The testing results obtained for the dispersity of doping agents,pores,splits,and the graphtizing level are presented.This testing methodcould be used as a preliminary means of nondestructive inspection to evaluatethe quality of artificial polycrystalline diamonds
