Effect of Oral Folic Acid on Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的观察口服叶酸对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法40例冠心病患者随机分为叶酸加常规治疗组(叶酸5mg口服,2次/d,n=26)和常规治疗组(n=14),服药3月后复查肱动脉流量介导的血管扩张作用,观察比较服药前后患者血管内皮功能的变化。结果冠心病患者口服叶酸3月后的肱动脉流量介导的血管扩张(FMD)为(12.12±3.12)%,较治疗前的(8.89±4.57)%有显著改善(P<0.001);对照组FMD治疗前后分别为(8.87±2.05)%和(9.06±1.90)%,二者相比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预治疗3月后,叶酸组的FMD较对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论叶酸能够改善冠心病患者的血管内皮功能。 Objective To observe the effect of oral folic acid on the vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Patients with CHD who took to drug therapy (n =40) were randomly divided into two groups: folic acid plus conventional drugs group ( n = 26, folic acid 5mg, bid) , and control group (n = 14, only conventional drugs). The flow mediated dilatation (FMD) of the patients among the two subgroups were examined before and after intervention, and the changes between pre- and post-intervention were analysed. Results After three months follow-up, compared to the FMD before intervention (8.89±4.57)% , the FMD of the folic acid group was (12. 12±3. 12)% , significantly improved (P < 0.001). Yet the FMD of the control group showed no significant difference between pre-treatment (8.87±2.05)% and post-treatment (9.06±1.90)% (P > 0.05). Significant improvement was shown between the two group (P <0.05). Conclusion Not only the coronary stenotic lesion, but also the endothelial function was damaged in the patients with CHD. Oral folic acid can improve the vascular endothelial function of the patients with CHD.
