血小板活化因子(PAF)是一种重要的炎症因子,具有广泛的生物学效应。本文对PAF在哮喘、急性胰腺炎、脑缺血性损伤等疾病中的作用进行了综述,并介绍了近年来PAF受体拮抗剂的研究进展。

Platelet activating factor (PAF) is an important inflammatory factor with wide biological effects. In this review, we introduced the role of PAF on some diseases such as asthma, acute pancreatitis and brain injury induced by ischemia, as well as recent development for some effective PAF receptor antagonists.
