事件相关电位在脑梗死伴2型糖尿病认知障碍治疗中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨事件相关电位(event-relatedpotentials,ERPs)用于脑梗死伴2型糖尿病认知障碍的药物疗效评价。方法:将沈阳医学院附属中心医院1996-05/2003-06收治的42例有认知障碍的脑梗死伴2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和干预组各21例,对照组应用吡拉西担治疗,干预组应用尼莫地平治疗,治疗前后分别作ERPs检查。结果:两组治疗前ERPs波群的异常主要表现为N2及P3潜伏期显著延长,P3波幅降低,波形分化不良,治疗前组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗后P3潜伏期平均缩短19ms,干预组治疗后P3潜伏期平均缩短34ms,治疗后两组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后ERPs波群分化佳,Ps波幅有所提高。结论:ERPs能较客观地评价脑梗死伴2型糖尿病认知障碍的药物疗效。 AIM: To study the curative effect of event related potentials (ERPs) on the disorders of cognition in type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction. METHODS: Totally 42 patients with cognitive disorder of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction selected from Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical College from May 1996 to June 2003 were randomly divided into control group (21 cases) and treated group (21 cases).The control group received the treatment of piracetam and the treated group received the treatment of nimodipine. ERPs were adopted respectively before and after treatment. RESULTS: Before treatment, the incubation period of N2 and P3 elongated significantly in the two groups,the amplitude of wave of P3 decreased,and the waveform differentiated worse. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the incubation period of P3 shortened 19 ms in control group, and 34 ms in treated group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).The ERPs waveform differentiated better.The amplitude of wave of P3 increased. CONCLUSION: ERPs can evaluate objectively the curative effect of drug administration on the cognitive disorder in type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction.
