Growth of YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)Single Crystals

本文总结了高频感应炉生长 YBa_3Cu_3O_(7-5)单晶体,同时观察了原料的熔化及结晶行为。并在籽晶上得到了毫米级的晶体,超导磁测量表明 Tc～86K,劳埃相表明晶体为单晶体。

In this paper,the growth of superconducting single crystals ofYBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) of millimeter dimensions by using Czochralski method is repor-ted.The single crystals have a critical temperature up to 86K.Themelting and crystallizing behaviours of the mixture of raw materials are alsodiscussed.
