摘要
目的:检测BAG-1,P73,P16在食管癌、癌旁组织、正常组织中的表达,并讨论其意义。方法:实验于2004-05/06在解放军第四军医大学病理教研室实验室完成。利用组织芯片采用免疫组化DAKOEnvision法检测食管癌、癌旁组织、正常组织中BAG-1,P73,P16的表达。结果:组织芯片中BAG-1,P73,P16在胞核,胞浆均有表达,在正常组织中以胞核为主,但随着病变在胞浆中表达逐渐增加。在食管癌组织中的表达比食管癌癌旁组织、正常组织中高(P<0.001),而P16的表达正好相反(P<0.001)。BAG-1,P73,P16的阳性率在Ⅰ级和Ⅱ,Ⅲ级食管鳞癌之间差异有显著性意义P<0.05)。(结论:BAG-1,P73,P16表达的变化提示其可能参与了食管癌的发生。
AIM:To detect the expression of BAG 1,P73,P16 in esophageal carcinoma,peric arcinomatous tissue and normal tissue and discuss the significance. METHODS:The experiment was done in the Laboratory of the Department of Patholo gy,the Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA between May and June 20 04.Tissue microarray of esophageal carcinoma was used to determine the expressio n of BAG 1,P73 and P16 immunohistochemically with DAKO Envision system. RESULTS: BAG 1,P73 and P16 were expressed in nucleus and cytoplasm in cancer tissue, and they were mainly seen in nucleus in normal epithelium;With the incre ased expression in cytoplasm,the expression of BAG 1 and P73 was higher and the expression of P16 was lower in esophageal carcinom than in pericarcinomatous ti ssue and normal tissue(P< 0.001).There were significant differences in the posit ive rate of BAG 1,P73 and P16 between gradeⅠand gradesⅡ,Ⅲsquamous carcinoma in esophagus(P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:The changes in the expression of BAG 1,P73 and P16 indicate that B AG 1,P73 and P16 may be involved in the occurrence of esophageal carcinoma.
