摘要
在常压下研究了Mo-Co-O/SiO_2系催化剂上甲烷部分氧化制甲醇的反应。考察了催化剂组成、改性法、载体性质、反应温度、原料气空速、氧化剂种类对反应的影响。并对产物CH_3OH的热分解过程与动学进行了研究,表明在反应温度下CH_3OH已发生严重分解,可能是常压条件下部分氧化选择性较低的要原因。XRD分析结果表明,不同价态Mo间的相互作用构成反应的活性中心,适量Co的加入有利于种活性中心的形成。
The Partial oxidation of methane to methanol over Mo-Co-O/SiO_2 catalyst was stud- ied at an atmospheric pressure. The effects of catalyst composition, modification method, carrier properties, reaction temperature, space velocity of feed gas and variety of oxidant on the reaction were investigated. The thermal decomposition of product methanol and its kinetics were studied. The serious decomposition of methanol observed at the reaction temperature was probably the main reason of its lower selectivity. An anlysis by XRD showed that the interreaction of Mo with different valences constituted the active sites for the reaction and the proper addition of Co was helpful to the formation of the active sites.
