摘要
目的 :建立不同垂直骨面型正常牙合人切牙区颌骨形态结构的正常值。方法 :通过X线头影测量技术对 169名恒牙初期正常牙合人进行研究 ,选择测量项目包括URa PC、URa ULC、URa PP、MxAD、LRa TC、LRa LLC、LRa GoGn、MdAD。结果 :建立了不同垂直骨面型正常牙合人切牙区颌骨形态结构的正常参考值。结论 :建立的不同垂直骨面型正常牙合人切牙区颌骨形态结构正常值可供临床参考。
Objective:To establish the cephalometric standards for in ci sal jaw morphology in the subjects with normal occlusion and different vertical facial skeletal types. Methods:169 subjects with normal occlusio n in early permanent dentition stage (aged 10-13 years) were studied by radiogr aphic cephalometry. URa-PC,URa-ULC,URa-PP,MxAD, LRa-TC, LRa-LLC,LRa-GoGn a nd MdAD(mm) were measured and processed with SPSS 10.0 software. Results : In the high-angle subjects URa-PC,URa-ULC,MxAD,URa-PP,LRa-LLC and MdAD in the male and famale were not satistically different(P>0.05).Their a verage values were 6.47±0.80,4.36±0.68,9.89±0.73,5.83±1.63, 3.55 ±0.69 an d 6.81±0.93 respectively. In the male and famale LRa-TC was 3.84±1.16 and 3.1 5±0.76(P<0.05),LRa-GoGn 16.30±2.25 and 14.48±2.32(P<0.05) respective ly.In the average-angle subjects URa-ULC,URa-PP,LRa-TC,LRa-LLC and MdAD in the male and famale were not significantly different(P>0.05).Their average v alues were 5.44±1.03,4.09±1.58,3.75±0.75,4.20±0.84 and 7.70±1.13 respective ly. In the male and famale URa-PC was 7.14±1.16 and 6.62±0.88(P<0.05),MxA D 11.76±0.86 and 10.69 ±0.88(P< 0.001 ),LRa-GoGn 13.92±2.46 and 12. 86±2.07(P<0.05),respectively. In the low-angle subjects URa-ULC,URa-PP,L Ra-LLC and MdAD in the male and female were not statistically different(P>0 .05).Their average values were 6.06±0.91,3.20±1.48,4.52±0.69 and 8.53±0.98 r espectively. In the male and femal URa-PC was 7.49±1.01 and 6.94±0.74(P<0 .05),MxAD 12.16±1.01 and 11.13±0.48(P<0.001),LRa-TC 4.54±0.54 and 3.87± 0.52(P<0.001),LRa-GoGn 13.95±2.02 and 12.13±1.51(P<0.01),respectively .Conclusion: The cephalometric standards may be refferences for clinic.
