介绍了甲烷热氯化反应的化学热力学与化工动力学,包括理想置换型与理想混合型连续式氯化反应器的化学反应工程公式。强调了入炉气的稀释与预热问题是反应的关键技术。介绍了甲烷热氯化反应的典型工艺流程,物料衡算方法,主要工艺参数的计算公式及甲烷热氯化反应炉热量衡算。
For thermal chlorination process of methane, its chemical thermodynamics,its chemical engineering kinetics,involving the chemical reaction engineering expressions for both PFR and CSTR continuous flow type chlorination reactors are described. Emphasis is placed on the dilution and preheat of the reactor influent ga(?) mixture as a key technical problem in thermal-chlorination process of methane. The typical technological flow diagram for methane thermal-chlorination process,its material balance method,especially the calculation methods of the main technological parameters and the heat balance method of methane thermal-chlorinators are introduced. In addition the methane thermal chlorinator series are listed.
