三小叶翠雀花中生物碱成分的研究

Studies on the alkaloids of Delphinium trifoliolatum

目的 研究三小叶翠雀花(ＤｅｌｐｈｉｎｉｕｍｔｒｉｆｏｌｉｏｌａｔｕｍＦｉｎｅｔｅｔＧａｇｎｅｐ)全草中的生物碱化学成分。方法 离子交换树脂法提取总碱,硅胶层析法分离,波谱法鉴定结构。结果 从中分得10个已知Ｃ19-二萜生物碱。分别为氨茴酰牛扁碱(ａｎｔｈｒａｎｏｙｌｌｙ ｃｏｃｔｏｎｉｎｅ)1、牛扁碱(ｌｙｃｏｃｔｏｎｉｎｅ)2、ｄｅｌｓｅｍｉｎｅＡ(3)、ｄｅｌｓｅｍｉｎｅＢ(4)、ｇｉｒａｌｄｉｎｅＧ(5)、ｊｉｕｆｅｎｇｄｉｎｅ(6)、ｂｒｏｗｎｉｉｎｅ(7)、14-ｄｅｈｙｄｒｏ ｂｒｏｗｎｉｉｎｅ(8)、ｄｅｌｓｏｌｉｎｅ(9)和ｄｅｌｐｈａｔｉｎｅ(10)。结论 应用光谱法和与已知物ＴＬＣ对照的方法鉴定了所有化合物的结构。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of the plant Delphinium trifoliolatum Finet et Gagnep. METHODS Ion exchange process and chromatography on silica gel were used to extract and to isolate the alkaloids. RESULTS Ten known C 19-diterpenoid alkaloids: anthranoyllycoctonine (1), lycoctonine (2), delsemine A (3), delsemine B (4), giraldine G (5), jiufengdine (6), browniine (7), 14-dehydrobrowniine (8), delsoline (9) and delphatine (10) were isolated. CONCLUSION Their structures were identified by spectral data and compound with the authentic samples.
