气相氨氧化催化合成氰基吡嗪的研究 被引量:3

摘要 实验室研制的合成氰基吡嗪催化剂具有初活性高、选择性强、寿命长等优点。当采用φ10mm×950mm不锈钢固定床反应器、催化剂装量40ml、氨∶空气∶ 2-甲基吡嗪(25%)为200∶950∶0.8(流量ml/min)、反应温度430℃时,产品收率达56.8%。粗品经提纯后可制得纯品2-氰基吡嗪(>99%)。 The catalyst for 2-cyanopyrazine synthesis on laboratory-scale has advantages of high initial activity, good selectivity and long service life. When the stainless steel fixed bed reactor ( 10 mm× 950mm) is used,the loading of catalyst will be 40 ml. The flow rate of ammonia,air and 2- methylpyrazine (25%) is respectively 200,950 and 0. 8 ml/min. 56. 8% yield of 2-cyanopyrazine product is achieved at 430℃ reaction temperature. After purification of raw product,purified 2-cyanopyrazine (>99%) can be obtained.
