苍耳子的薄层层析鉴别研究

Study on TLC identification of Fructus Xanthii

目的 完成苍耳子的薄层层析研究 ,为 2 0 0 5年版《中国药典》苍耳子的质量标准提供薄层层析方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法。首次对不同产地有代表性的苍耳子药材 ,用苍耳子药材及芦丁作为对照品进行了系统的定性分析。结果 苍耳子药材在不同的层析条件下分离效果均好 ,斑点清晰。结论 所用方法专属性强 ,重复性好 ,可作为苍耳子药材的定性鉴别方法。

OBJECTIVE To provide the TLC identification standard of Fructus Xanthii for Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP) 2005.METHODS TLC method was adopted. Representative samples of Fructus Xanthii from different places were firstly identified by TLC. RESULTS The identified characteristics of chromatography were distinct and the spots were clear.CONCLUSION The method is specific , accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Fructus xanthii.
