高血压病合并2型糖尿病患者动态血压变异与靶器官损害的关系

Relationship between ambulatory blood pressure variability and target organ damage in patients with hypertension accompanied by type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的 探讨高血压病合并 2型糖尿病患者的动态血压变异与靶器官损害的关系。方法 对 4 0例高血压及糖尿病患者、4 5例单纯高血压病患者行 2 4h动态血压监测。以 2 4h血压、收缩压及舒张压负荷、血压昼夜节律为监测指标。结果 两组的nSBP、dSL、nSL及血压昼夜节律比较 ,均有差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 血压及其昼夜节律与靶器官损害有关。

Objective To study the relationship between characteristics of ambulatory blood pressure variability and the degree of target organ damage in hypertensive patients with concomitant type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Forty hypertensive patients with accompanying type 2 diabetes mellitus and 45 patients with essential hypertension were measured for 24 hours. 24h blood pressure,SL,DL and circadian rhythms were measured.Results nSBP,dSL,nSL and circadian rhythms in the hypertensive patients with accompanying type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in the patients with hypertension alone.Conclusion Blood pressure and circadian rhythms are closely related to the degree of target organ damage.
