摘要
生长出单掺杂 Ce:ZnWO_4、Sm:ZnWO_4晶体及双掺杂的(Ce、Li):ZnWO_4、(Sm、Li):ZnWO_4晶体。研究了晶体生长特点。通过调节温场等途径,解决了双掺杂晶体生长中的组分过冷问题。对掺杂去色机理作了探讨。
Single-doped ZnWO_4 crystals Ce:ZnWO_4,Sm:ZnWO_4 and dou-bledoped ZnWO_4 crystals(Ce,Li):ZnWO_4,(Sm,Li):ZnWO_4 were grownand the growth characteristics of these crystals were studied.The constitution-al supercooling in the growth process of double-doped crystals was eliminatodby adjusting temperature field.The mechanism of discoloration is discu-ssed.
