电化学和带膜镍钛合金支架双介入治疗晚期食管、贲门癌

摘要 目的探讨电化学疗法和带膜镍钛记忆合金支架双重介入治疗食管、贲门恶性狭窄的可能性.方法采用国产电化学治疗仪和铂金导管状电极与带膜镍钛合金支架相结合,杀灭肿瘤细胞、扩展狭窄管腔,解决晚期食管、贲门癌梗阻.结果治疗18例,缓解率100%.双重介入治疗后,按Stooler分级0级12例,Ⅰ级6例.生存期2~20个月.结论电化学和带膜镍钛记忆合金支架双介入治疗法安全有效,创伤小,可作为一种有效的姑息治疗方法. Objective To study the possibility of treatiment of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma with esophageal stricture using the membranous Ni-Ti memorized alloy stent combined with electrochemical therapy. Methods The native electrochemical instrument and the platinum duct electrode combined with the membranous Ni-Ti memorized alloy stent was used to kill the tumer cells, expand the structured area and hence relieve the obstruction of the advanced esophageal and cardiac carcinoma. Results The patients were 18 cases.The effective rate was 100%. According to the grade of stoaler criteria. When treatment was finished, 12 cases were grade 0, other 6 cases were grade I. The survival time was 2~20 months. Conclusion Electrochemical therapy combined with membranous Ni-Ti memorized alloy stent can be used as a palliative treatment with less injury, safety and efficiency.
