头颈部横纹肌肉瘤(附12例报告)

Head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma(A report of 12 cases) .

目的探讨头颈部横纹肌肉瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后.方法回顾分析我院1993年2月～1999年3月收治的12例头颈部横纹肌肉瘤患者的临床资料.结果 11例获得随访,5年以上生存5例,5年生存率为41.67%(5/12).5例在5年内死于局部复发或远处转移,1例于治疗后8个月死于脑出血.结论该病缺乏特征性临床表现,对可疑病例应及时做病理活检及免疫组化确诊.手术联合放疗、化疗是治疗头颈部横纹肌肉瘤的有效手段.

Objective To discuss the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma.Methods Records of 12 patients of head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma between 1993 and 1999 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Eleven cases were followed up,5 cases survived over 5 years,the 5-year survival rate was 41.67%(5/12), 5 died from local recurrence or distant metastasis within 5years,1 died from intracerebral hemorrhage eight months after treament.Conclusion There aren ,t classical clinical features for patients of head and neck rhabdomyosarcomas. We should do pathological or immunohistochemical examination in time so as to diagnose patients that are under suspicion. Operation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy are optimal for patients with head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma.
