摘要
研究了在 c 轴方向的静电场作用下 KTiOPO_4(以下简称 KTP)晶体的电导和介电行为。证实了在α-LilO_3中所观察到的一些特殊的电学现象:其电流弛豫在一定时域内遵从负幂次衰减规律,晶体的电阻串是外加直流场强的函数等等,同样存在于 KTP 晶体中。我们认为这些性质是离子广导电引起的。测得 KTP 在室温下的热电系数为-2.1×10~9C/cm·K,压电系数 d_(33)为8.2×10^(-12)C/N。
The electrical conduction and dielectric behaviours of KTiOPO_4(KTP)single crystals was investigated under DC voltage applied alongthe c-axis of the crystals.It was confirmed that some special electrical phe-nomena which had been observed in α-LiIO_3 were also observed in KTP.Thatis,after turning off the applied DC voltage,the decrease of current followsa negative power rule of time in a certain interval of time and the resistivityis a function of the DC field strength etc.These properties are attributedto the result of ionic conduction.The measured pyroelectrie and piezoelectriccoefficients of KTP crystals at room temperature are -2.1×10^(-9)C/cm^2·Kand d33=8.2×10^(-12)C/N,respectively.
