新生大鼠注射尘螨对其发育后期气道炎症指标作用的研究

摘要 目的 研究早期接触屋尘螨(HDM)能否加重后期哮喘发作时的气道炎症及其相关免疫学机理。方法 HDM组新生Wistar大鼠生后24h内立即皮下注射HDM 0.1ml,Asthma组和Control组则注射N.S,于日龄第30天起用OVA或N.S制作哮喘模型,最后进行支气管肺泡灌洗及灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞计数,检测血清 OVA特异性 IgE抗体水平(A值)。结果 HDM组EOS百分比、血清OVA特异性 IgE抗体A值分别为(37.07±1.10)%、0.204±0.023,在3个组中为最高。结论 生后早期接触HDM能加重以后气道变态反应性炎症,其原因与TH1/TH2 失衡有关。 Objective To study whether early exposure to house dust mite would aggravate airway inflammation as long as the onset of asthma and to explore relevant mechanisms.Methods In 24 hours after being given birth,all neonate Wistar rats in HDM group were injected 0.1ml HDM sub-cutaneously, while in Asthma group and Control group using NS for HDM.From age of 30 days,OVA or NS was used to make model of asthma.Finally serum IgE level(A value) was detected and the percentage of eosinophils from BALF was counted.Results In HDM group,the percentage of EOS and the level of IgE were (37.07±1.10)% and 0.204 ±0.023,respectively,the highest among the three groups.Conclusion Airway inflammation would be aggravated after contact with HDM in early stage of life.
