鼻咽癌p16基因表达与外周血T-AgNORS水平的关系 被引量:1

The relationship between the expression of p16 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and T-AgNORS in the peripheral blood

摘要 目的 观察 p16基因产物在鼻咽癌(NPC)中的表达状态,探讨其与NPC的转移及与外周血 T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白(AgNORS)水平的关系。方法 采用S P免疫组织化学方法检测 65 例 NPC初治患者癌组织中 p16 基因产物表达,并对治疗前患者外周血T AgNORS含量进行检测。结果 鼻咽癌组织中 p16 基因蛋白表达率为 24.6%(16/65),明显低于鼻咽黏膜炎组织83.9%(26/31)(P<0.01)。T1 和T2 期患者 p16蛋白表达阳性率稍高于 T3 和 T4 患者,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。p16蛋白表达与颈淋巴结转移及放疗后复发和转移无关(P>0.05)。p16 基因蛋白表达阳性患者外周血 T AgNORS含量显著高于阴性者(t=5.721,P<0.001)。结论 提示 p16基因蛋白的低表达可能涉及鼻咽癌的发生和发展过程,反映了 p16 基因表达与外周血T淋巴细胞核仁组成区形成有关,可能反映了机体的免疫调节机能。 Objective To evaluate expression of p16 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and the relationships with clinical-pathological parameters and the level of AgNORS of peripheral blood T lymphocyte (T- AgNORS) before radiotherapy (pre-RT).Methods The S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect p16 gene in 65 cases of NPC, and the level of T lymphocyte AgNORS was detected before RT.Results The positive rate of p16 in NPC was 24.6%(16/65) , significantly lower than that (83.9%,26/31) of in inflammatory nasopharyngeal mucosa (P<0.01). The positive expression rate of p16 protein in stage T 1 + T 2 was higher than that of in patients with T 3 +T 4,but there was no statistic significance (P>0.05).There was no significant relationship between expression of p16 and lymph node metastasis and post-radiotherapy distant metastasis(P>0.05).The level of T lymphocyte AgNORS in the p16 positive cases was higher than that of the nagative cases (t=5.721,P<0.001) .Conclusion The p16 gene may not only be correlated with the carcinogenesis and development of NPC,but also with the level of T lymphocyte AgNORS, that may reflect the immunity in the host.
