摘要
以中国IT企业员工为研究对象,研究分析了企业组织领导模式对员工计算机技术压力的作用。研究结果表明,民主沟通型组织的企业文化会减轻员工的计算机技术压力。
Considering IT enterprises as a research object, this paper analyzes impacts of styles of leadership on enterprise employees with computer techno-stress.It is concluded that styles of leadership with excellent communication would relieve the employees with the stress.
