摘要
本文首次报道了镉铌酸锶钡晶体的生长技术。系统地讨论了熔体组成和晶体性能的关系,以及熔体组成和晶体生长习性的关系。
A new ferroelectric tungsten bronze type crystal,cadmiumstrontium barium niobate,has been grown for the first time from the meltsof cadmium strontium barium niobate by using Czochralski technigue.Thecrystal growth is reported in this paper.Systematic discussions are madeon the relations of the melt composition to the properties and growth behavi-or of the crystal.
