炉内燃烧三维可视化诊断及机组负荷控制新技术 被引量:1

摘要 锅炉炉内燃烧机理和监测,一直是从事热能工程的专家和技术人员长期研究和关注的重大课题。介绍并分析了现今电站锅炉运行中面临的问题,提出了一种基于炉内燃烧三维温度场可视化的解决方案,为更深层次地揭示锅炉燃烧的本质、实现燃烧优化控制提供了全新的研究途径。而且,通过三维温度场所获得的总辐射能,建立辐射能信号与机组负荷之间能量平衡的新的协调控制模型,可提高机组负荷控制水平。 It is an important problem to investigate and monitor the combustion processes in the furnaces of power plant boilers, which is concerned about by experts in the field for a long time. In this paper a new solution method based on visualization of 3-dimensional temperature distributions in the boilers is presented, which is helpful to understand and optically control the combustion processes. A new coordinated control model based on the energy balance between the value of radiative energy signal and the unit load is established, to improve the unit load control.
