摘要
在对浙江某电厂 4#炉锅炉房高温区域热空气现状测量分析的基础上,分析了热空气回收热量潜力,创新性地提出了热空气利用的可行性方案并研制了热空气回收利用装置,设计了管道布置方案,计算出了可回收的热量和节煤量。应用该装置一方面可以降低燃烧器层及侧墙观火孔平台的温度,改善运行操作环境;另一方面可以提高全厂的经济性,达到安全、经济、长期稳定运行的目的。
The recycled heat potential of hot air is analyzed on the basis of present status of hot air in high-temperature area of 4# boiler in a power plant of Zhejiang. A novel feasibility program is proposed and furthermore, the hot air recycled unit is developed. The pipe arrangement plan as well as recycled heat and coal conservation is given below. With that unit, the temperature of combustor and side wall flame observation platform could be lowered so that the operation environment is improved. On the other hand, the economical efficiency all over the plant is increased.
