摘要
基于修正后的均相流流量模型,在空隙率测量的基础上,采用文丘里管测量气水两相流的总流量和液相流量。测量的均方根误差小于 5%,测量模型对文丘里管和孔板均是适用的。同时介绍了另一种基于均相流模型的测量气水两相流总流量的方法,测量模型的系数经过修正后同样适用于文丘里,测量的均方根误差小于 5%。
Air-water two-phase flow measurement was studied with a Venturi and void fraction meter based on a modified homogeneous model. The root-mean-square errors of mixture mass flow and that of water mass flow are less than 5%. The modified model could be applied with Venturi and orifice. Another method for mixture flow measurement was discussed and applied to Venturi. The coefficient was modified and the root-mean-square error of mixture mass flow is less than 5%.
