摘要
本文报道了一类全新的高效非线性光学晶体——二卤素三丙烯基硫脲合镉(或汞),化学通式为:M〔CH_2=CHCH_2NHCSNH_2〕_3X_2(M=Cd;Hg;X=CL;Br)。讨论了它们的合成并提出了最佳的合成方法,测定了 Cd〔C_4H_8N_2S〕_3Cl_2(简称 ATCC)。Cd〔C_4H_8N_2S〕_3Br_2(简称 ATCB)和 Hg〔C_4H_8N_2S〕_3Cl_2(简称 ATMC)三种新晶体的结构,并测量了它们的一般性质,粉末倍频强度均大于脲,其中 ATMC 晶体的粉末倍频强度为脲的三倍。
This paper reports a group of new-type nonlinear opticalcrystals with high efficient SHG effect——dichloral triallythiourea cadmiumor mercury.The general chemical formula is M(CH_2=CHCH_2NHCSNH_2)_3X_2(M=Cd,Hg,X=Cl,Br).The syntheses of such crystals are discussed andthe optimum synthesis methods are presented.The structures and proper-ties of Cd(C_4H_8N_2S)_3Cl_2(ATCC),Cd(C_4H_8N_2S)_3 Br(ATCB),and Hg-(C_4H_8N_2S)_3Cl_2(ATMC)crystals have been determined.The powder SHG effectsof the three crystals surpass that of urea,and the powder SHG intensity ofthe crystal of ATMC is 3 times as large as that of urea.
