摘要 无限变速式机械无级变速器IVT(InfinitelyVariableTransmission)是一种可实现速比连续而无限变化的自动变速装置,它不使用任何启动装置,而是采用转矩分流方法,可以使汽车连续前进,齿轮空档和倒退。全环面Variator采取转矩控制,是IVT的关键部件,它通过牵引驱动传递动力,能快速响应,并且能使整个传动系统稳定工作。这里分析IVT基本结构和工作原理的基础上,介绍了转矩控制的具体操作过程,并提出了Variator的一种建模方法。 Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) is an automatic tran sm ission allowing the speed ratio to vary with continuity in a wide range. By a to rque split method, it can provide speed ratio from forward to backward via gea red neutral in a stepless manner without any starting device. A torque controlle d full-toroidal Variator, transmitting power by traction drive, is the key com ponent of the IVT, which promises quick response and stable operation of the who le driveline. In the present work, the basic structure and transmission principl e of the IVT are illustrated. And then, the operation of the torque control of t he Variator is introduced in detail. Ultimately, a Variator dynamic model. is pr esented in this paper.
