摘要
目的探讨产妇使用自控硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛(PCEA)对婴幼儿神经行为影响。方法随机选择自愿要求分娩镇痛的产妇134例,使用布比卡因加芬太尼进行分娩镇痛作为观察组,与同期未使用分娩镇痛产妇151例作为对照组,观察比较两组产程中胎心率、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿出生7d、6月龄、12月龄神经行为情况。结果两组比较产程中胎心率CST监测、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿出生7d、6月龄、12月龄神经行为均无显著性差异(P>005)。结论布比卡因加芬太尼产妇自控硬膜外麻醉用于分娩镇痛安全可靠,对婴幼儿神经行为无不良影响。
Objective:To discuss the effcts of patient's control epidural analgesia on infantile neurobehavior.Methods:134 parturiens underwent delivery analgesia with bupivacaine and fentanvl were selected as observing group and 151 parturiens without delivery analgesia as control group by random sampling. Compared the fetal heart rate momtormg during labor (CST), neonatal Apagar's score, neurobehavior of neonates 7days old, 6 months old and 12 months old of the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in fetal heart rate monitoring during labor (CST), neonatal Apagar's score, neurobehavior of neonate aged 7days, 6 months and 12 months between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Patient's control epidm'al analgesia with bupibacame mid fentanvl is safe and reliable, it has no harmfiful effects on mihnt neurobehavior.
