Implementation of the Web-based Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Remote Monitoring System

针对远程监控与故障诊断系统的发展趋势和目前对机电设备的实际需求状况,提出并开发了一种新型,低成本的机电设备远程监控系统,它克服了通常现场监控软件的不足之处,通过JavaApplet和其他使能技术实现远程监控系统的Web发布。远程专家和维修人员按照一定的权限,只需通过浏览器实现对设备进行监视和控制,同时可以为故障智能诊断提供依据。

According to the current requirement of mechanical and electrical equipment, a new way of remote monitoring system based on Internet is introduced. It lowers the cost and makes up for the shortcoming of the current monitor software. Java applet and other enabled technologies are applied in this system. Several types of PLC such as Mitsubishi, OMRON are supported. If permitted, experts and maintainers can monitor and control the devices remotely.
