Thinking on the Institutional Innovation About Economic Integration Of the Changjiang River Delta

该文从长江三角洲经济过度竞争的现状出发, 指出行政区划和僵化的管理制度是造成这种问题的主要原因, 说明只有通过制度创新, 实现经济一体化, 才能消除本区域过度竞争的问题。并从宏观管理制度创新和微观体制创新两个方面, 提出了实现长江三角洲经济一体化的具体思路和设想。

The article points out that partition of administrations and rigid administration systems are the main reasons for excessive economic competition in the Changjiang River Delta. It is held that excessive economic competition can be eliminated only by economic integration and institutional innovation in the zone. The article advances the concrete design about realizing economic integration of the Changjiang River Delta from both macro administer system innovation and micro system of organization innovation.
