该文以一个“城中镇”———井岗镇为例, 从其形成、生存状况到趋向进行了剖析, 反思当前我国城市化过程中“城中镇”出现的内在动因, 提出了我国城市化应避免“早熟”的城市化, 需要明确土地收益的分配, 理顺行政管理体制, 加强城市有序扩张的对策。
