摘要
区域差异是区域经济发展中的一种常态, 该文指出, 现阶段中国的区域差异已超过了合理的区间, 区域差异还有进一步加大的趋势。中国的区域差异不仅表现为区域间的差异, 还表现为区域内部的差异, 特别是西部地区内部的差异; 不仅表现为绝对差异, 还表现为相对差异; 不仅表现为结果的差异, 还表现为过程的差异, 即要素投入规模和获取要素能力的差异。
Regional difference is normal in regional economic development, but the regional difference of China has already exceeded the normal. What's more, it tends to go further. The regional difference of China is not only shown between regions, but also within the regions, especially in the West, not only shown as the absolute one, but also as the relative one, not only shown in the outcome, but also in the course, namely the difference between the scale of key elements input and the ability to obtain the key elements.
