中、日青少年骨密度对比研究 被引量:3

Comparison on Bone Mineral Density between China and Japan Teenagers

摘要 通过对中、日青少年骨密度的共同研究 ,在测定从初中到大学各年龄段骨密度的基础上 ,进一步分析骨密度与形态及运动、饮食习惯的关系。研究表明 ,我国青少年的骨密度略高于日本 ,中、日青少年的骨密度在 18岁以后呈明显的下降趋势 ,女青少年的骨量峰值早于男青少年出现。身体形态与骨密度的相关性较低。运动与饮食习惯对于青少年的骨密度起重要的促进作用。和日本相比 ,我国青少年的饮食与运动习惯有待提高。 Through studying the bone mineral density of China and Japan teenage,as well as students from middle schools and colleges,this paper further analyzes the relation between bone mineral density and shape,sports and dietetic habit.The result shows that Chinese teenage bone mineral density is a little higher than Japanese teenage.The bone mineral density of Chinese and Japanese teenage decreases significantly after 18 years old.Female teenager's peck bone mass appears earlier than that of male teenager.The relation between body shape and bone mineral density has very little correlation.Sports and dietetic habit are significant to bone mineral density.Comparing with Japanese teenage,the sports and dietetic habit still need to improve.
