摘要 采用实验法 ,利用低压舱研究模拟高住低练对游泳运动员红细胞生成作用和身体成分的影响。结论认为 ,模拟高住低练可促进 EPO分泌和红细胞的生成 ,提高血红蛋白浓度和红细胞比容 ,并具有明显的后效应 ;可通过降低去脂体重导致体重下降 ,高浓度的血尿素表明蛋白分解作用增加 ,这可能与皮质醇的升高有关。 This paper discusses the effects of living high and training low on hemotapoiesis and body composition of elite swimmers.The result shows that living high and training low can increase the production of EPO,which stimulates erythropoiesis and leads to an increased hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit.The notable loss of lean body weight is the main cause for decreased body weight.The increasing level of serum urea suggests an increased protein catabolism,which is the result of serum cortical concentration increased.
