肝干细胞及其在肝再生医学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 成体干细胞具有多向分化的潜能,在适宜的环境中,它们可以跨系、甚至跨胚层分化,这种现象称为"可塑性"(plasticity).多种成体组织来源的干细胞可在受者(包括小鼠、大鼠和人)肝脏内分化为肝细胞和胆管上皮细胞,为成体干细胞移植治疗终末期肝病提供了新思路.文中就不同来源的肝干细胞是否可以向肝细胞分化、影响干细胞分化的因素和调控机制以及干细胞在肝再生医学中的应用等方面做一综述.
