双客车轴动载荷分布与疲劳寿命估算

The Dynamic Load Distribution and the Estimated Fatigue Life of the Axles on Double Deck Passenger Cars

简要介绍了双客车轴动载荷的测试和由“雨流法”数据处理得到的车轴动载荷（动应力）分布，亦称载荷谱。由实测和统计得到的载荷谱，反映了车轴的实际受载情况，因此，以该载荷谱为依据，估算双客车轴在南京－上海区间运用，其疲劳寿命约为２５年（相当运行里程５６０×１０＾４ｋｍ），具有实际参考价值。

Briefly introduced are the dynamic load testing on double deck passenger car axles and the dynamic load(dynamic stress)distribution obtained through the 'rainflow' data processing method. It is also called load spectrum. The load spectrum obtained from practical testing and statistics gives the actual loading on axles. Therefore, on the basis of the spectrum, the fatigue life is estimated to be about 25 years(equivalent to a running distance of 560×10~4km)in the service between Nanjing and Shanghai. This estimated fatigue life is valuable for reference in pratice.
