涤粘双弹织物在染整加工中很容易产生折皱 ,烧毛前需先熨平 ,染前要经高温预定形 ,退浆宜采用碱氧一浴法工艺。为了保证染色均匀 。

Suitable dyeing and finishing technology was used to solve the problem of wrinkle, lack of uniformity of polyester and viscose, the proper warp and weft elasticity, shrinkage and width of fabric were ensured. As for wrinkle problem, the process should be ironing prior to singeing, high temperature pre-setting prior to dyeing and alkaline oxygen desizing in one bath. As for uneven dyeing problem, disperse dyeing prior to reactive dyeing in two baths should be adopted. High temperature stentering should be beneficial to achieving smooth and required width fabric.
