摘要
分析了曲柄摇杆式摆布机构的摆布原理 ,分析了影响其摆幅不够的主要因素 ,并加以设计改进。新型摆布机构仅需调节微型减速机的转速 ,即可获得较大的摆幅 ,改进后的摆幅可达 13 0 0mm。
The mechanism of plaiter with crank and rocker type was analyzed. The main factors affecting inadequate width of swing mechanism were pointed out and so the mechanism design were improved. The width of swing of improved plaiter can reach 1 300mm by adjusting rotational speed of mini decelerator.
