摘要
结合实际的施工情况对影响智能型沥青洒布车洒布量的两个重要因素——行驶速度和洒布管高度进行了理论分析与研究,提出了相应的控制方案。该方案有利于降低由于路面状况、车辆负荷变化等因素引起的检测参数的偏差,提高控制精度,进而实现洒布量的精确控制。
Considering practical construction, this paper particularly analyzes two important factors which influence the intelligent asphalt distributor on spraying quantity, i.e. velocity and height of spray-bar, and it gives the relative control methods. The methods will improve the measure deviation due to the foregoing two factors, and achieve precise control of spraying quantity.
