摘要
挖掘装载机是一种新型工程机械,其装载工作装置是特殊八杆机构。模拟了动臂油缸、翻斗油缸:模型和工作装置的有限元模型,对工作装置在正载及偏载工况下进行有限元分析,得出动臂应力分布图,从而找出动臂结构上的最大应力分布区,为产品改进设计提供依据。
Backhoe loader is a new type construction machine and the loader's working equipment is a spe-cial eight-bar mechanism. Lift-cylinders, tilt-cylinders and finite element model of working equipments are built. In upright loading and partial loading, the stress distribution charts have been built by finite element analysis on lift arm and the maximum stress sections have been found out for improving the product.
