摘要
针对已有的非平行矩形板电容器测量杨氏模量的实验装置,提出了差动式结构的改进方案;通过对改进前后装置的灵敏度和相对非线性误差的分析表明:改进方案的灵敏度提高一倍,相对非线性误差将大大降低.
As a improving method of measuring Young's elastic modulus of metal by non-parallel rectangular capacitor,the differential structure of the sensor is proposed,the sensitivity has increased one time and the relative non-linear error has declined sharply.
