摘要
目的 为了使白血病患儿因疾病及治疗对其影响的损害降低到最低程度 ,提高生存质量。方法 应用欧洲癌症研究与治疗协作组生存质量问卷 -C30 (EORTCQLQ -C30 )量表对 64例住院的白血病患儿进行生存质量问卷调查。结果 显示在躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、经济负担四个方面观察组和对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 分析影响生存质量的原因并提出了相应的对策 ,使白血病患儿能较好地渡过治疗期 。
Objective In order to improve the quality of living in pediatric patients with leukemia, the therapeutic care, influence and adverse effect have to be decreased to minimum degree of extent. Method Sixty-four pediatric in-patients with leukemia were asked to fulfill from a the EORTC QLQ-C30 scale (A Questionnaire-C30 related to Quality of from a European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer) for investigation about quality of living. Results There was a significant difference between two groups on like healthy body, perfect psychology, social work and economic burden (P<0 05). Conclusion This article analysis the reasons which influence quality of living, then raises corresponding strategy, makes pediatric patients leukemia with bear with better life during therapeutic period and may return back to society successfully.
