摘要
目的 确立社区护理专业 (高职 )教育目标。方法 专题讨论会、问卷调查、前期研究结果分析。结果 社区护理专业高职毕业生需要具备多项能力 ,包括 :健康评估、以护理理论为指导进行护理实践、提供以社区为基础的三级照顾等。结论 高职教育以培养应用型人才为根本任务 ,确定教育目标时要重视社会需求 ,重视实用能力 ,也要适当兼顾学科发展。
Objective To establish educational objectives of the Diploma Community Nursing. Method Symposium on special topic, questionnaire, analysis of former study results. Results Graduates should be able: to assess health and nursing needs of clients, take nursing therory as guide to carry out professional practice and provide community-based care form of health promotion, disease provention and caring perspective. Conclusion Diploma education fosters applied talents, and paysattention to practical needs in establishing educational objectives.
