摘要
用国产蚕蛹蛋白粉喂养断奶SD大白鼠,以卵清蛋白粉作对照。在喂养的第5、10、15与20d,分别测定试验组与对照组中雌雄性大白鼠的下列项目:血浆中性激素的含量,包括促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH) 催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_2)和睾丸酮(T);性器官的重量,包括子宫、卵巢、睾丸、副睾和肾上腺;卵巢和睾丸的组织学切片分析;股骨和胫骨长度与骨骺软骨厚度的X-光摄片分析。对所得数据进行统计分析证明,蚕蛹蛋白粉和卵清蛋白粉一样,食用后不会使实验幼鼠产生性早熟现象。本研究结果为蚕蛹蛋白粉这一优质动物蛋白产品用于儿童食品提供了动物试验证据。
The baby SD rats were raised respectively for 20 days with feed containing silkworm pupa protein powder ('SPP') or egg white protein powder ('EWP'). At the 5-, 10-, 15- and 20th day, the following items were tested: the content of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luleinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E_2) and testostrone (T) in serum, the weight of adrenal, uterus, overy, testis and epididymidis, the histological, slices of overy and testis, the length of femur and tibia and the thickness of epiphysis cartilage by roentgenogram of the lower limb bone. The results show, the sexual prococity of baby rats did not appear in SPP-fed, as well as EWP-fedrats, and the SPP, as an excellent animal protein product, can be widely applied to children′s foods.
