浅谈开展超高产玉米育种的必要性和可行性

Necessity and feasibility of breeding super high-yield maize

文章从多角度阐述了开展超高产玉米育种的必要性和可行性 ,并结合广西实际 ,提出了超高产玉米品种的选育指标 ,即 :比现有推广品种增产 2 0 %以上 ;生育期春播为 110～ 12 0 d,秋播为 90～ 10 0 d;对当地 3种以上主要病害具有中抗以上水平。

The article presents the necessity and the feasibility of breeding super high-yield maize variety in Guangxi, and then proposed the indexes for breeding the variety, which include 20% higher yield than present cutivars; 110~120 days and 90~100 days of growth cycles in spring cropping and autumn cropping, respectively; medium resistance to more than 3 main local diseases.
