摘要
用长江口粉细砂和粉煤灰配料,采用高效复合矿化剂低温煅烧技术,研制一种适用于制备小型混凝土砌块的墙体专用水泥。其特点是熟料中阿利特含量高,易烧、易磨、能耗低。文中介绍了配料方案、矿物形成和水泥性能等试验内容和数据资料,及其分析与结论。
A type of cement with high quantity of alite used to make small concrete blocks for wall materials is prepared with the fine sand from the outlet of the Yangtze River and fly ash, added with highly effective composite mineralizers and burnt at a lower temperature. Its energy consumption is low, burnability and grindability are good. In the paper, the proportioning design, the rule of clinker mineral formation, the properties of the cement, the contents and dates of testing are reported. Conclutions are analysed.
