Effects of medium components on tissue isolation of Tricholoma lobayenre Heim

对金福菇组织分离的培养基进行比较试验 ,结果表明 :金福菇组织分离对培养基有明显的选择性 ,在 PDA麦粒蛋白胨综合培养基上不但分离成功率高 ,而且菌丝生长速度快、长势好 ,是适宜金福菇组织分离的培养基。

The comparative test of medium for tissue isolation in Tricholoma lobayenre Heim was carried out. The result indicated that the isolation of the mushroom tissue had obvious selectivity to media. On PDA wheatberrypeptone medium, not only the isolation rate was high but the mycelium grew faster and more and vigorous as well. That indicates the medium is the best one for isolating the tissue of the mushroom.
